What Edusphere Events Actually Does

Edusphere Events is an education experience and student engagement platform based in Patna, Bihar. We design, produce and deliver career fairs, campus programs, academic workshops and student festivals that put students in the same room as the institutions, mentors and recruiters who will shape their next five years.

Most students in tier-2 and tier-3 India make the biggest academic decision of their life on the basis of hearsay — a relative’s opinion, a coaching advertisement, or a friend’s choice. Our entire model exists to replace that noise with structured, verified, face-to-face information.

Career fairs that lead to decisions, not brochures

CareerVerse, our flagship career fair, travels across five cities every season. Each edition brings together colleges, universities, coaching institutes and skill academies under one roof, with dedicated counselling zones where a student can ask uncomfortable, practical questions — fees, placement records, hostel life, entrance routes — and get direct answers.

Management education, taken seriously

MBA Manthan is our management-focused workshop series covering trends, skills and opportunities in management education. It is built for students preparing for CAT, XAT, MAT and state-level exams, and for graduates deciding whether an MBA is genuinely the right next step for them.

Programs inside institutions

Beyond public events, we run in-campus programs for colleges and schools: orientation days, placement-readiness drives, faculty development sessions, entrepreneurship cells and inter-college festivals. Each program is scoped to the institution’s academic calendar and its own goals.

Corporate and recruiter partnerships

For companies, Edusphere is a structured entry point into the student ecosystem of Bihar and eastern India — campus hiring pipelines, internship drives, employer branding and CSR-led education programs, with student mobilisation and reporting handled end to end by our team.
