CareerVerse 2026 is built around a single uncomfortable fact: the students who most need career guidance are usually the furthest away from it. So instead of asking them to travel, we travel.
The route
- Gaya Ji - Hotel Garv Residencia, 13 September 2026
- Siwan - Bhagwan Palace, 18 September 2026
- Purnea - venue to be confirmed, 23 September 2026
- Bhagalpur - Hotel Chinmaye Inn, 27 September 2026
- Patna - Hotel Lemon Tree, 03 October 2026 (grand finale edition)
What happens in a single day
Each edition runs as one continuous, walk-in-friendly day rather than a ticketed conference:
- Institution stalls across engineering, management, law, design, commerce, computer applications, pharmacy and nursing - each staffed by people who can answer admission and fee questions on the spot.
- Interactive sessions on the theme "Life After 12th - What's Your Next Step?", covering stream selection, entrance exams and realistic timelines.
- One-to-one counselling desks for students who want a private conversation about marks, budget or family expectations.
- Parent corner, because in most families the decision is made jointly and parents deserve direct answers too.
- Scholarship and finance guidance - education loans, state schemes and institutional waivers explained in plain language.
Why these cities, in this order
The sequence is deliberate. Gaya Ji and Siwan open the tour right after board results, when uncertainty is highest and decisions are still reversible. Purnea and Bhagalpur cover the eastern belt where students routinely migrate without comparing options. Patna closes the tour as the largest edition, where students from across the state converge and where institutions expect the deepest footfall.
For students: how to prepare
Bring your marksheet, a notebook, and a shortlist of subjects you are considering. Come with a parent or guardian if they are part of the decision. Plan for at least three hours - students who rush through in forty minutes leave with brochures instead of clarity.
For institutions: what you get
Direct access to a pre-qualified, city-specific audience of students actively choosing a course this admission cycle - with your counsellors in the room while the decision is being formed, not weeks later over the phone.
The mission underneath the logistics
Talent in India is distributed evenly. Access to guidance is not. Every edition of CareerVerse exists to shrink that gap by one city, one hall, one honest conversation at a time.
Entry is free for students. Registrations for CareerVerse 2026 are open - see the upcoming events page for city-wise details.
